Kikoy Mall EPZ

About Us

Pioneering Ethical Apparel Manufacturing in Kenya

Our History

The company was started to make products from locally produced cotton fabrics called Kikoy. As business evolved, demand grew and we have since scaled up our operations and diversified into other knit and woven garments. Today we are the largest exporters of the 100% cotton kikoy products from Kenya. Kikoy Mall EPZ Ltd is a garment manufacturing and exporting company incorporated in March 2009 in Mombasa, Kenya and later moved its operations to the Export Processing Zone (EPZ) Nairobi in 2011. History We have gradually increased our capacity and can now produce 70,000 units per month of woven garments and knitted apparels. In February 2022 we installed solar panels to provide us real time renewable energy. In April 2022 we were Sedex (SMETA) audited with no CAP.

Our Growth Story

With a production capacity of up to 70,000 units per month and a 6,500 sq. ft. factory space, we’ve grown steadily while maintaining our commitment to quality, sustainability, and ethical business practices. In 2022, we enhanced our operations by adopting  renewable solar energy and achieved SMETA certification with zero corrective actions.

Sustainability and Compliance

At Kikoy Mall, we believe in putting people, the planet, and product integrity at the heart of everything we do. Our processes emphasize efficiency, innovation, and staff welfare without compromising environmental standards. We undergo annual compliance audits for environmental, health, safety, and labor regulations through the Export Processing Zone Authority.
