2. Fabric and Trim Sourcing
We maintain a robust global and local sourcing network to ensure access to high-quality fabrics, yarns, and accessories. All materials are imported duty-free under Kenya’s EPZ regulations, ensuring cost efficiency for your business.
3. Flexible Production Options
We offer both fully factored garment production and Cut, Make, and Trim (CMT) services. Our flexible minimum order quantities (MOQs) accommodate various client needs based on product type and target market.
4. Sampling & Pre-Production Support
We provide size set samples, pre-production samples for buyer approvals, and conduct pre-production meetings to finalize materials, measurements, and stitching methods—ensuring everything is aligned before production begins.
5. Cutting & Stitching
Our cutting and stitching process includes fabric inspection, cutting, bundling, stitching, in-line garment checking, repairs when necessary, and final pressing and packing.Â
6. Quality Control & Inspection Standards
We adhere to strict Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards—AQL 2.5 for in-line production and AQL 1.5 for final inspections. We welcome third-party inspections to maintain the highest quality standards.

8. Logistics & Documentation
Our logistics team manages the seamless import of raw materials and the export of finished products, including handling essential documentation such as AGOA certificates for the U.S. and EUR1 certificates for the EU.
